Your responsibilities will include:


  • In this strategically important position, you will be responsible for recruiting regional and national talents.
  • You will independently manage the entire recruiting process, including formulating job profiles and postings, managing applicants, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
  • You are wellversed in all areas of recruiting, such as direct search, social media, networking, and recruiting events.
  • You will develop targeted search strategies and continuously search for new sourcing channels.
  • You will also work on current HR projects and topics.
  • You will handle the recruiting process and guide the candidate until the employment contract is signed.
  • You will support change processes.
  • You will be involved in determining compensation and developing a compensation system.
  • You will participate in the design and implementation of new HR tools.
