This is an onsite role in Chantilly, VA.ResponsibilitiesPerform and maintain DAG support functions to include recognition programs, training, and securityManage NRO Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions for supported officeAnalyze and assign or perform actions as appropriateCoordinate responses and assess for accuracy prior to senior management reviewManage and execute the action tracking process; develop standard operating procedures and serve as facilitator for user requirementsMonitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines and quality expectations; prepare periodic reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late, pending and new actionsDisseminate policy and legislative changes to appropriate parties internal to the NRODraft, proofread, edit and provide final review of internal and external correspondenceCoordinate and maintain presentations for audiences up to the NRO level; maintain a quality control process for all presentationsParticipate in DAG-related meetingsParticipate in internal committees, Integrated Process Teams (IPT), working groups and task forcesManage records generated during the execution of the Directorates' projects and programs in accordance with Federal laws and regulations, as well as NRO Directives and InstructionsLead, develop and streamline DAG support functionsIdentify internal and external issues that may impact the NRO and take appropriate action as approved by the US GovernmentDraft, consolidate, coordinate and edit executive-level documentation to ensure consistency with organizational strategic objectives; apply an in-depth knowledge and understanding of DoD/IC issues, policies, programs and procedures affecting the NROMake recommendations and prepare briefings, point papers and other materials based on analysis of complex policy issues and documentsParticipate in external committees, IPT, working groups and task forcesEnsure critical information is disseminated to internal and external agencies including the Office of Secretary of Defense, Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and mission partner equivalent officesClearanceTS/SCI with CI PolyRequired QualificationsBachelors Degree in a technical or business-related discipline and 10 years within IC or DoD, or 5 years with NRO (or Bachelors Degree in any discipline and 10 years within IC or DoD with 5 of those 10 years with NRO)Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:
federal acquisitions, Department of Defense (DoD) or the /Intelligence Community (IC) budget & finance processes, and National Security policyDemonstrated experience in systems engineering or project/program management or bothDemonstrated experience working with senior executives at multiple organizational levelsDemonstrated experience using Microsoft Office and standard computer applicationsDemonstrated experience adapting to a rapidly changing work environment while maintaining flexibility and versatilityDemonstrated experience fostering solid relationships that promote cooperation and communicate expectationsDemonstrated experience analyzing situations and making well informed decisionsDemonstrated experience communicating effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audienceDesired QualificationsMasters Degree in a technical or business-related disciplineHamdan Resources, LLC is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
