    Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Action Officer to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities
    ARPA-H requires an Action Officer to play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of related activities
    This position operates on a hybrid work schedule, and candidates are expected to commit to 2-3 days of onsite work at the ARPA-H building in DC

    Specific Duties Required:

    • Provide administrative support for scheduling, drafting meeting reports and assistance with presentation development.
    • Draft reports, presentations.
    • Provide Front Office support to both quick turn and long-term taskers within the agency and those coming from outside the agency.
    • Provide suggestions and execute on best practices, Workflow strategies and processes in order to efficiently respond to taskers.
    • Communicate with team members to complete front office tasks in a timely manner.

    Qualification Requirements:

    Experience/Expertise Required:

    • Deep experience with public policy and legislation and healthcare at the federal level from the private sector and advocacy organizations.
    • Experience in scheduling and administrative support in federal agencies or in corporate settings.
    • Experience managing, management/tracking tools, and building dashboards and drafting reports.
    • Must be detailed, diplomatic, with excellent communication and writing skills, and flexible to juggle various projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
    • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, excel, and other related presentation and tracking software tools preferred.
    • DARPA experience as an action officer is desired.
    • Experience with technical writing and implementing workflow processes and solutions.
    • Experience with conveying complex concepts concisely to a number of people.
