Our German branch (Tianshi GmbH), located in Berlin, is currently seeking a Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator - Tiens Berlin Germany.


Tasks:

  • You will work closely with the TIENS Sales Manager for Germany and provide active support to the sales management team in sales and marketing plans, as well as online and offline activities.
  • Translate/monitor the translation/proofreading of all company communication materials (print, multimedia, or website).
  • Conduct market research and dealer surveys to evaluate demand, brand positioning, and awareness.
  • Monitor the development of monthly sales, bonuses, and compile reports and charts.
  • Provide excellent customer service for the Tianshi GmbH networks throughout Europe via online and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with distributors/leaders in implementing SIPs and other business programs to provide ongoing support for their business development, such as network development, marketing plans, etc.
  • Organize, prepare, and actively participate in events, meetings, and trainings.
  • Provide regular reports as needed, as well as support for special projects upon request
