- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of powersports vehicles and their maintenance is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
