- Governance Oversight: Continue developing comprehensive corporate governance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards on a global basis. · Regularly assess the effectiveness of corporate governance initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- 8+ Years of transactional M&A experience in a medium to large law firm environment. required

- Proven ability to effectively negotiate, provide strategic legal counsel and drive positive transactional outcomes. required

This strategic leadership position goes beyond traditional subject matter expertise, working seamlessly with the business clients as a member of a diverse team of legal and compliance professionals.
What you will doThe ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to legal and transactional problems, effectively distill and communicate complex legal and compliance matters in a concise manner, create and maintain trusting relationships with team members, legal professionals, executives, and other stakeholders; lead other team members and initiatives through change; influence without authority; manage short and long-terms tasks and responsibilities with expert-level time management skills
