- Governance Oversight: Continue developing comprehensive corporate governance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards on a global basis. · Regularly assess the effectiveness of corporate governance initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with external legal counsel, regulators, and other stakeholders to represent the company's interests effectively. · Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate open communication and collaboration.
- Juris Doctorate Law required
- 8+ Years of transactional M&A experience in a medium to large law firm environment. required
- Substantive experience leading, negotiating, and drafting complex M&A transactions from inception to due diligence to closing to integration. required
- Proven ability to effectively negotiate, provide strategic legal counsel and drive positive transactional outcomes. required
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse legal and business team. required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. required
- Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
