As a trainee (m/f/d), advise international clients in the KPMG Deal Advisory team throughout the entire operational process in the context of corporate transactions, as well as on strategic and financial issues.

As part of our trainee program for master's and bachelor's graduates, you will get to know two to three of the following areas within 12 to 18 months and then specialize in one of them:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions // Consulting on the purchase and sale of companies
  • Debt Advisory // Consulting on acquisitions and corporate financing
  • Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Advisory // Strategic consulting for IPOs
**Your tasks

  • As a trainee (m/f/d) in Corporate Finance, you have completed a degree in economics, or alternatively, you have successfully completed a dual degree program with a focus on Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Accounting, or Controlling (Bachelor / Master).
  • You have gained relevant experience through (international) internships or starting your career.
  • Diligence and independence characterize your way of working.
  • You are proficient in common MS Office applications and particularly advanced in using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ideally, you have experience working with relevant databases and information providers.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your qualifications.
