    Position Overview:
    The Business Development Executive will represent TSDC product line with B2C and B2B clients.

    This role will focus on generating new leads, engaging with prospects through various channels, qualifying leads to drive revenue while building relationships.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to advance their sales career in a dynamic environment.


    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
    Master Product details and applicationsSchedule meetings or showroom events with clients/potential clientsGenerate new business opportunities and leads for Commercial projects, targeting Developers, Architects, and General Contractors to fuel the sales pipelineConduct in-depth research on potential prospects to assess their suitability for Commercial projectsEfficiently respond and qualify inbound leadsEfficiently maintain a high level of account management and follow-upsIdentify and establish communication with key decision makers such as Managing Partners, VP of Development, VP of Construction, Chief Estimators, Internal Architects, Head/VP/Director of Design, and Director of RenovationsExpand the contact database in the Relationship Management (RM) system, adding new contacts post initial outreach in addition, to track and report on lead activity and sales progressSystematically compile contacts for Architects in RM for streamlined automated email processesEngage with General Contractors to complete pre-qualification forms and secure placement on bid listsReview bid invitations thoroughly, identifying potential scopes of work for our servicesCoordinate bid requests with the estimating department to ensure timely responsesPrioritize prospecting efforts by focusing on the most promising opportunities for business development in the commercial sectorMeet or exceed monthly Revenue targets by excelling in daily behaviors and processesAdminister all day-to-day operations of the showroomQualifications:3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment and with exposure to commercial sectorsStrong research, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProficiency in CRM and prospecting tools, preferably with experience BCI & Zoom Info USAKnowledge of Multi-Family/Mixed-Use projects and the commercial construction industryAbility to develop new business by cold calling/networkingOutgoing, professional, and self-motivated is a mustFamiliar with commercial space plans and drawings is a PLUSCurrent and Valid Driver's License
