- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active State License and DEA License
- USA work authorization

Salary: $230,000 - $260,000 *Compensation varies based on experience and location.
Role Description: Oak Street Health is seeking Primary Care Physicians to deliver high-quality, value-based healthcare to local Medicare patient populations. Our physicians focus on providing exceptional care rather than a high volume of services, supported by a strong care team and a rewarding incentive structure.
We are seeking motivated physicians, including recent graduates, who are dedicated to caring for older adults. Exceptional candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director role.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
