Team Assistant to the Management / Administration (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Support of the management in organizational, operational and strategic matters
- Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordination and management of appointments
- Administration and review of contract matters
- Conducting internet research and independently preparing the results
- Creating and analyzing reports with the development of optimization suggestions
- Taking on administrative and projectoriented tasks as well as other special tasks
Your profile:
- You have a degree in business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship
- Ideally, you have already gained professional experience as an assistant
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Structured and proactive way of working
- Enjoyment of working in a team
