Looking for relevant skills to support the property manager in all areas of management - including budgeting and accounting, maintenance and inspections, and marketing and leasing.

Preparing management documents, budgets, marketing, leasing, tenant administration, maintenance, and how to set up a management office.

Must need someone who has managed 355 units of market rate apartments (2 bulidings) and a PM for a 150 unit Highrise.
