    Description

    excellence in hemp derived products/services. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting team member.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about financial accuracy and enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.


    Position Overview:
    The accounting admin will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and

    accurate completion of accounting related tasks in areas related to A/R, A/P, inventory, payroll, & more.

    This position offers the chance to contribute to the financial success of our organization while working in a supportive and growth-focused company.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Working in A/R to support the sales team & the accounting office.
    • Gathering information for the accounting office & company management.
    • Assisting in inventory counting & reporting.
    • Responding to customers & vendors on A/R & A/P related issues.
    • Working in the overall documentation process by gathering & filing documents.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and recording of accounting transactions.
    • Assigned tasks & projects from the accounting department & the CEO.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience as an accounting related role, A/R is a plus.
    • Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
