Insight Global is looking for a New Business Development Manager for our industry leading data management company.You will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities as well as managing sales into existing customer accounts within the Company's Pension or Insurance segment.
Our client helps companies save time, avoid overpayments, streamline management of their participant pool, and meet industry regulations within their pension plans.
They help with data integrity, organization, and locating missing plans.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience cold calling, developing opportunities through a defined sales process, and working in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.
Our client will provide you with the necessary training to acquire insights into the markets they serve, teach their unique products and services to fulfill the needs of our clients, help you develop an understanding of the regulatory environment that exists within their various market segments.
If you're an individual who is enjoys selling a service, can be introspective, and wants to work hard for their money, this is the role for you.
5-years+ experience building rapport with clients, understanding their business goals, presenting appropriate solutions, and utilizing advanced skills in persuasion and negotiation to close a saleExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsAdvanced computer literacy of all MS Office, Salesforce.
