Your tasks: - Organization of the secretariat of the Head of the Epilepsy Center (Prof. Dr. Schulze-Bonhage)
- Care of the private outpatient clinic, including planning, organization and coordination of private patients
- Coordination of appointments and general correspondence via telephone, email and mail, partly in English
- Organization of business trips and travel expense reports
- Support in organizing (inter)national events and conferences
