Supporting the nursing service manager in implementing comprehensive, highquality care for our clients
Creating an organizational structure that our employees can identify with
Ensuring optimal nursing and social care for patients
Embracing new developments and continuously working on improving and implementing nursing concepts, standards, and methods
Fostering a positive work environment where everyone can perform at their best
