K&S Objektmöbel Tischlerei, located in Beresford, SD, specializes in custom and series object furnishings. Our products are made in Germany and distributed throughout Europe. In cooperation with TM Ausbau GmbH, we are experts in the interior design of hotels and apartments.

Our work environment is characterized by flat hierarchies, dynamic teamwork, and flexible structures such as mobile work and part-time models.

Responsibilities:

Order and contract processing
Obtaining and tracking offers
Tracking orders and monitoring deadlines
Maintenance of master data (item creation, price setting, supplier management)
Checking incoming invoices
Creating reports and evaluations
Providing administrative support in purchasing
Assisting with internal projects

Qualifications:

Ideally, a commercial education as an office clerk or a comparable qualification
First professional experience and/or knowledge in the field of purchasing
Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP software (AvErp, SAP, Helios or similar)
Team player with initiative
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Problemsolving skills and strong communication abilities
