We, the Delphi Group, are a medium-sized personnel consulting firm based in Hamburg with a view of the Alster. For 35 years, we have been supporting our clients in the search for executives and specialists. We are very successful at what we do because we do not settle for mediocrity. We are looking for a new addition to our team as soon as possible, preferably part-time.

Responsibilities

You will work in our research team and search for suitable candidates for our clients with the same amount of creativity and persistence.

Good is not good enough for you. Your ambition is to find the needle in the haystack.

You don't stop until you have found the candidates who are perfect for the position:
the ideal candidate

Researching potential candidates, including building and maintaining a network
Professionally contacting candidates, mainly by phone
Participating in job interviews and selection processes
Preselecting candidates in coordination with the responsible consultant
Depending on experience: conducting interviews, by phone/video and/or in person
Communicating with the client about the project progress

Qualifications

In addition to your persistence and creativity, you are also characterized by your enjoyment of communication, your interest in people, and your curiosity.

You have a friendly manner, enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and committed.
