    communication skills, as this role will develop and drive projects forward proactively while working with many disciplines across the organization, including but not limited to Brand Solutions, Research, Analytics, RYM, Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Addressable Solutions, Sales and Legal.

    Reporting into the Sr Manager, Streaming Solutions, the Manager will be responsible for developing sponsorships and custom solutions for Scripted Originals on our streaming platforms driving revenue for Advertising. This individual should also have experience in developing and packaging media opportunities and know their way around a media plan. If you are someone who knows how to craft and package opportunities for clients and is equipped to balance the integrity of the brand and advertisers' needs while building innovative solutions, all with a roll-up-your-sleeves entrepreneurial spirit, this is a great role

    • Manage development of streaming sponsorships and custom solutions
    • This may include sponsorship, custom content and in-show integration that leverage streaming and social platforms
    • Responsible for knowledge of assigned shows including creative, production, scheduling, marketing and PR and updating and preparing all relevant team and Sales materials and trackers
    • Collaborate with Sr. Manager and leadership to develop sponsorship strategy and work closely with relevant network, studio and sales partners to identify priorities, package opportunities that drive revenue, and be ready to pivot as marketplace needs change
    • Prepare and merchandise show decks and sponsorship packages working with various network partners, research and pricing and planning teams
    • Present and pitch ideas in internal or client meetings
    • Develop custom and enhanced solutions for key shows
    • Idea generation and creation of compelling pitch materials
    • Actively participate in idea generation and leading brainstorms with key stakeholders including creative and marketing teams
    • Develop proactive solutions that align with editorial/marketing efforts
    • Leverage tech and innovation, including ad products
    • Liaison to internal teams on RFP requests
    • Guide and build consensus among key stakeholders to obtain approval as needed on the ideas (Management, Network, Legal, S&P, PR, Business Affairs, studios,
    • producers, etc.)
    • Assist in facilitating deal negotiation including integration and sponsorship fees and talent rights.
    • Collaborate with clients and creative partners on activation process for deals that sell-through, which may include:
    • Kick-off calls and client meetings
    • Production schedules and timeline management
    • Client and network approvals
    • Manage on-set shoots – script delivery, client hosting, problem solving, balance network, show, content and client creative needs, etc.
    • Responsible for ensuring project elements are delivering across all platforms
    • Oversee all post production to ensure content launches properly
    • Ownership of any creative elements such as custom digital assets, premiums, social media and other campaign elements created by the client (e.g. asset gathering, creative development, approvals, etc.)
    • All project related documentation: deal agreement letters, budget management, billing, research, etc.
    • Oversee creation of deal recaps and research

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree, focus on Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
    • 5 years of relevant work experience – Experience in Television and/or digital marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment and/or media at a network, streaming service, promotional/media agency or entertainment studio is preferred
    • Strong interpersonal skills (especially in high stress environments)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate verbal ideas into written presentations
    • Highly organized
    • Creative and strategic thinker
    • Ability to keep abreast of digital/social industry innovations, bringing new opportunities forward
    • Self-motivated and proactive and flexible

    • Comfortable interfacing with executives
