Staff members designated by the District
JOB GOALS:
To use leadership, supervisory and administrative skills to meet
the expectations set forth by the Granite City Community Unit School District #9 Board of Education, as well as the Standards for School Leaders, as set by the
Interstate Leaders Licensure Consortium.
The principal works with the school staff and community to develop a research-based framework for effective teaching and learning that is refined continuously to improve instruction for all students
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Annual Contract
Salary is determined per policy. Fringe benefits and work year to be established by the Board of Education
EVALUATION:
Performance in this position will be evaluated annually by the Superintendent or the Superintendent's designee in accordance with The Granite City Community Unit School District #9 Board of Education policy
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT:
