    El Toro Interactive: Paid Search Manager

    El Toro Interactive is a top digital marketing agency specializing in fashion and beauty, currently looking for a skilled Paid Search Manager to join their team. As a remote-friendly company, they aim to attract top talent nationwide.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage search, display, and shopping campaigns daily.
    • Create and launch campaigns from scratch, including keyword and audience selection.
    • Optimize bids and budgets for optimal CPA/ROAS.
    • Produce reports using Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP skills required).
    • Analyze data in Google Analytics for insights.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and changes.
    • Act as a liaison with 3rd party vendors.
    • Improve performance through data analysis.

    Ideal Candidates:

    Seeking motivated, organized team players with keen attention to detail and analytical minds. Must stay updated on digital marketing trends, handle multiple projects efficiently, and possess knowledge of various marketing strategies.

    Requirements

    • 1-3 years' experience as a PPC Account Manager.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
    • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, MNTN CTV is a plus.
    • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
    • Strong Excel skills and communication abilities.
    • Excellent analytical and math skills.
