The Substitute teacher's role is to help students have continuous learning experiences when their original classroom teacher is unavailable. Substitute teachers are on call and responsible for monitoring and maintaining a safe learning environment in place of the classroom teacher. Substitute teachers are responsible for following plans prepared by the classroom teacher.
The Christian school substitute teacher should be a college graduate from a 4 year accredited university.
