    About 1800-Packouts:
    1-800-Packouts is a leading provider of professional contents restoration services. We specialize in helping clients efficiently and safely pack and relocate their belongings during various situations, including relocations, renovations, and temporary storage needs. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure a smooth and organized packing process, providing exceptional service and peace of mind to our clients. We primarily serve insurance carriers and consumers of their various insurance products.

    Job Description:
    We are searching for a highly detailed and task oriented person for our Field Technician position.

    Competitive starting pay from $16 per hr based on experience. We like to promote from within for our Lead Technicians.

    Responsibilities:
    • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to travel in our trucks and vans to our customers house in the Central FL area who have suffered a loss.
    • Sometimes the environment can be difficult, but we provide all the necessary equipment for you to do your job well (PPE, gloves, lights, dollies, moving straps etc.).
    • We communicate with the customer and work with them as we carefully inventory and pack up the affected area and load everything onto our vehicles.
    • Sometimes the content needs to be cleaned before storage and we do that on site at our warehouse in Lake Wales using ultrasonic tanks and ozone rooms to restore the items to their pre-loss condition.
    • Demonstrates creative thinking and self-management.
    • Produces excellent Encircle job claims that communicate clearly all information to all parties.
    • Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of the restoration processes in order to facilitate proper care for content and communication with customers.

    Qualifications:

    Compensation will be set with an hourly base.
