- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, mobile devices, printers, and scanners.
- Coordinate audiovisual setups and provide video conferencing support, leveraging knowledge of virtual meeting applications like MS Teams, Zoom, and GoTo, with a preference for Microsoft Teams Rooms certified equipment.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems using company-provided tools such as Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
- Identify and diagnose hardware, software, or network-related problems, devising plans for resolution, repair, or replacement as needed.
- Recommend strategies to enhance efficiencies, potentially involving the implementation of new practices, devices, or software.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Office 365 applications (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and operating systems like Windows 10/11.
- Collaborate with other IT department members on various projects and initiatives.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and be available for travel to remote locations for support.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- IT enterprise experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant education is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking, with an ability to adapt to change.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
