Join our team at Daume GmbH in Jan Phyl Village as a Technician/Engineer (m/f/d) for building services. We are looking for someone to start immediately in a full-time, permanent position. Our company is committed to providing progressive building services that promote responsible use of the environment, climate, and energy.

We plan, install, maintain, and optimize building technology, making a significant contribution to improving the quality of life and work in our modern society every day.

Your responsibilities will include planning and designing projects in the HVAC and plumbing field for our clients, taking into account their needs and budget.

You will also use your expertise to develop sustainable solutions, innovative planning approaches, and comprehensive concepts.

As you will be on-site managing the construction project and providing support to our clients, you can expect a lot of variety in your work.

You will also coordinate our construction team with clear instructions and a good sense of tact.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or technical training in building services (e.g. plumbing, heating, air conditioning, facility management, etc.), as well as experience in project management and planning. Previous leadership experience is a plus, and an interest in innovative technologies is highly desirable.
