Description

Chosen applicant will assist faculty and staff with office duties including: copying, data entry, filing, preparing class handouts, maintaining accurate and organized records, mail distribution, and document scanning, and at times, also acting as a receptionist for the School of Computing Department.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.

Required Qualifications

Qualified candidate must be currently enrolled as a student at Weber State University.

MS Word, Excel, electronic data & document storage, filing and organizational skills. Answer, and fielding phone calls.

Preferred Qualifications

Great Customer Service Skills.

The conditions the worker will be subject to in this position. None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
