Primary Functions:
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing Customer Service assistance and guidance for their assigned accounts. The Customer Accounts department handles all customer requests, inquiries, receipt and order entry, and daily reporting. This role works closely with all departments to ensure customer requests are handled in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Processing and entering extra charges
  • Holding and releasing of product
  • Reporting of shortages and inventory issues to customers
  • Processing adjustments to inventory
  • Providing communication and updates to pool orders
  • Answering phone
  • Filing
  • Researching OS&Ds
  • Maintaining customer forecasts
  • Researching customer requests
  • Import and export responsibilities
  • Promptly perform Trace requests

What We Are Looking For:

Education

  • High School Degree preferred

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • PC, leadership and planning skills helpful.
  • Experience in AS400, SAP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

  • Identify and record any issues relating to product, processes and/or quality.
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels.
  • Verify the implementation of solutions.
  • Follow posted security procedures at all times while in the building.
  • Participate in Safety and Educational Training.
