- Oversees and maintains optimal function of the organization's internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
- Oversees and maintains internal system files, tables, codes, integrity, and security.
- Implements, modifies, and upgrades software and applications to meet changing business and technology needs.
- Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.
- Manages projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.
- Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
- Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains clients on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users.
- Participates in user group meetings/conferences.
- Develop and maintain HR Technology strategy and roadmap.
- Plan, budget and forecast HRIS needs and applications. Maintain awareness of vendor plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future HRIS functionality.

- UltiPro/UKG experience preferred.
- Kronos/Dimensions experience preferred.
- IBM Cognos, Tableau or SQL Coding experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel experience required.
- Understanding of system integrations/file feeds required.
- At least 5 years of experience utilizing/managing advanced functionalities of HR systems and related processes.
- Project Management for system delivery.
- Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information.
- PMP or CAPM preferred or equivalent experience.
- Attention to detail for systems and data including security, overall design and delivery.
- An appetite to learn and continuously improve own personal development/ skills and business knowledge.
- Good arithmetic, reading, and typing skills
- Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time

- Ability to work overtime as needed
