The Job Details:

Description/Responsibilities:

Oversees and maintains internal system files, tables, codes, integrity, and security.
Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains clients on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users.
Participates in user group meetings/conferences.
Develop and maintain HR Technology strategy and roadmap.

What We Are Looking For:

Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred.

Experience

UltiPro/UKG experience preferred.
Kronos/Dimensions experience preferred.
IBM Cognos, Tableau or SQL Coding experience preferred.
Advanced Excel experience required.
Understanding of system integrations/file feeds required.
At least 5 years of experience utilizing/managing advanced functionalities of HR systems and related processes.
Project Management for system delivery.
Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information.
PMP or CAPM preferred or equivalent experience.
Attention to detail for systems and data including security, overall design and delivery.
An appetite to learn and continuously improve own personal development/ skills and business knowledge.
