The Job Details:

Description/Responsibilities:


  • Oversees and maintains internal system files, tables, codes, integrity, and security.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains clients on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users.
  • Participates in user group meetings/conferences.
  • Develop and maintain HR Technology strategy and roadmap.

What We Are Looking For:


Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred.


Experience

  • UltiPro/UKG experience preferred.
  • Kronos/Dimensions experience preferred.
  • IBM Cognos, Tableau or SQL Coding experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel experience required.
  • Understanding of system integrations/file feeds required.
  • At least 5 years of experience utilizing/managing advanced functionalities of HR systems and related processes.
  • Project Management for system delivery.
  • Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information.
  • PMP or CAPM preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Attention to detail for systems and data including security, overall design and delivery.
  • An appetite to learn and continuously improve own personal development/ skills and business knowledge.
