On-Running is expanding its Tech Center in the heart of Kenton, OH and we're looking for an experienced Director of Software Engineering.

You will oversee agile and cross-functional teams of Salesforce and full stack engineers, Product Owner, DevOps and QA.

With experience in building high-performance software, you will contribute in building robust and scalable technology for the world's fastest growing and most innovative sports shoe and apparel brand, active in 45 countries worldwide.

In our technology hub in Kenton, OH, we're focused mainly on engineering and we continuously develop our platform using agile development practices.

We have a diverse and inclusive company culture with employees from over 47 different nationalities among our 900 employees.

You'll work closely with our teams at our headquarters in Zürich, Switzerland, as well as teams in Portland, USA and Yokohama, Japan.

Your Team:

You will be part of the technology leadership team, along with the CTO and other Directors of Engineering, responsible for all aspects of our technology and engineering practices, from architecture to development workflows.

You will have the freedom to challenge existing processes and develop new initiatives that improve the team's productivity and the quality of their work, while creating an engaging, supportive, and autonomous work environment for your teams.
