We are currently seeking visionary designers for our new client, the largest social media platform in the world, located in Hoschton, GA.

Our client's 400-person team is looking for talented individuals to join their French customer service team. As a Community Manager (M/F / d), you will act as a bridge between the platform and its clients. Your unique personality and passion for customer service will ensure that every interaction is a personalized and exceptional experience. You will be responsible for managing customer success and will be enthusiastic about building communities and communication.

This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in Germany.


Your responsibilities as a Community Manager include:

  • Providing guidance to small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) on advertising solutions and managing advertisements
  • Offering postsales support and showcasing the benefits of advertising solutions
  • Utilizing all communication channels, such as voice, written communication, and social media platforms, to respond to customer inquiries
We are looking for individuals who are excited to join our customer support team and possess the following qualifications:

  • A degree in business or relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in French and a good command of English (at least B2 level)
  • Knowledge of social media advertising products or a strong interest in digital advertising
  • Ability to solve problems, multitask, and thrive under pressure to achieve the best results
  • Quick learner with strong comprehension skills
