Description
We are currently looking for communicative and customer-oriented customer advisors (m/f/d) for the shipping and returns management department in North Alamo, TX.
Your responsibilities:
- Processing written and telephone customer inquiries
- Providing information on existing contracts, invoices, and the delivery status of ordered hardware
- Concluding the handling of requests for exchanges, returns, and replacements of defective hardware
- Managing logistical processes and communicating with shipping service providers
- Documenting and tracking shipping history
