    Description

    Sr Mechanical Engineer - Flight Control Systems

    $150-$190K + equity, bonuses & other benefits

    Camarillo, California

    We are partnered with a business that are developing a highly automated flight control system capable of being installed on any aircraft and is the first and only system that works with the pilot through a reimagined HMI (Human Machine Interface) to manage complex emergency procedures.

    You will be joining as a Sr Mechanical Engineer who thrives off working in a fast-paced environment with an expansive, hands-on role.

    You will be designing, prototyping, and testing manufacture ready instances of actuator brackets, electronics enclosures, sensor mounts, and more.

    About you?

    • 7+ years' experience with aerospace/space hardware design, electromechanical design
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
    • Experience with CAD and FEA software packages
    • Hands-on hardware experience performing fabrication, assembly and/or testing
