- Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer and other senior leaders to integrate learning initiatives into PMI's overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging learning trends and technologies to identify and incorporate innovative solutions that improve the value and experience of PMI's learning products.
- Design, develop and implement a portfolio of high-quality learning products that meets the diverse needs of PMI's target audiences
- Establish and maintain learning standards, course design and development practices to ensure consistent quality and alignment with learning outcomes
- Leverage the expertise of PMI's volunteer community and external SMEs to curate and develop engaging and effective learning content
- Manage PMI's learning budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Lead and motivate a team of high-performing learning professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Establish strong relationships with third-party vendors and partners to expand the range of learning content and delivery options.
- 7+ years of experience in building and leading a high-performance, data-driven learning organization
- 15+ years of experience in the design and development of learning courses
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve common goals.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate learning needs into effective learning solutions that align with business objectives.
- Current knowledge of contemporary learning practices, technologies, and trends.
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience developing high performing team structures, sourcing models and practices that enable the organization to design and deliver learning courses at competitive rates and high quality relative to other high performing commercial Ed Tech organizations.
- Experience with benchmarking, data analysis and reporting for learning teams
- Proven track record of success in developing and delivering high-quality learning and development programs at scale
- Working knowledge of learning roles, principles & practices to optimally design, develop and operate learning organization
- Knowledge and practical experience implementing contemporary learning methods that will elevate customer value and experience engaging with our products
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to lead the upgrade of our current technology suite to one that best meets our strategic needs

You will be the Senior Leader responsible for the overall success of PMI's e-learning, instructor-led training and publications products. The leadership role plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's learning strategy, ensuring that it aligns with PMI's purpose and organizational objectives.
