    TrustPoint.One has partnered with a DC Law Firm in their search for a Legal Administrative Assistant with Sanctions experience.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    · Provide support to timekeepers and the legal admin team

    · Draft, edit, and redline legal documents

    · Prepare new client matter intake forms

    · Process invoices and travel expenses

    · Maintain and organize paper and electronic files

    · Compile exhibits and notebooks

    · Assist with e-filing and billing

    · Manage calendars and schedule meetings and travel

    · Assist fellow team members where needed

    · All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's (preferred)

    · 5+ years of litigation experience (sanctions experience a plus)

    · a positive attitude and desire to be a part of a managed team

    · ability to prioritize competing projects and work efficiently within a group and independently

    · ability to work well under pressure

    · flexible and collaborative attitude with ability to work overtime as needed

    · Experience with: Microsoft Office, ChromeRiver, Billstream
