Based in our branch in Neuss, on the border of Düsseldorf-Heerdt, WINKEL + MANGELS GmbH offers our property maintenance and repair services in the greater Düsseldorf to Cologne and Essen area.

Our clients include numerous homeowners' associations, Vivawest Wohnen GmbH, Aachener Siedlungs and Wohnungsgesellschaft, family businesses, and private clients.

Our team performs reliable and thorough building inspections and property maintenance tasks.

We assist our clients with regular maintenance and repair of technical systems, as well as the care of indoor and outdoor areas.

Our core services include technical building management, landscaping, and building cleaning.

We are currently seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) cleaning staff (m/f/d).

You can expect to work with a friendly team from diverse cultures.


Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas
  • Cleaning of premises (e.g. office spaces)
  • Cleaning of staircases and hallways
  • Restocking of consumables
  • Cleaning of facades and paved areas using light machinery

Qualifications:

  • Experience with typical cleaning products and materials
  • Previous cleaning experience is an advantage (e.g. operating cleaning machinery)
  • Friendly, hardworking, and helpful
  • Enjoy working and have a serviceoriented mindset
  • Committed, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Driver's license class B
