WHAT YOU'LL DO

Planning and implementation of supply chain projects with a focus on value network optimization, supplier enablement and management, and sustainability along the supply chain
Advising our clients' management on strategies and implementation concepts for sustainable supply chain solutions
Development and implementation of concepts for demand planning, program planning, capacity management, and order processing
Design of continuous information flows and IT requirements in the supply chain
Further development of KPI systems for supply chain management
Use of digitalization methods (Industry 4.0 technologies) and innovations
