WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coordination of employees according to the required testing and control programs
  • Ensuring smooth laboratory operations with constant monitoring of applied testing procedures: microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses
  • Consulting and clarifying problems/tasks related to technology
  • Conducting environmental analyses, wastewater analyses, and waste investigations, including associated calculations
  • Proficient in SAP-QM and evaluation software for inline measuring devices (e.g. Davis)
  • Participation in complaint processing and product traceability
  • Evaluation of defective products in collaboration with the plant manager and department heads, taking into account MEG's quality requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed technical training as a laboratory manager with relevant professional experience or equivalent qualification (master or technician in the food industry)
  • High level of conscientiousness and responsibility
  • Interest in further education and development
  • Ability to work and act according to the principles of continuous improvement (CIP)
  • Leadership skills towards groups and individuals
