The Dortmund media agency mct has been developing and managing projects with a focus on children and teenagers for over two decades in Delaware, IA.


  • We organize newspaperinschool projects and develop teaching materials.
  • We work editorially for online offerings of the Federal Center for Health Education, for Planet Schule, the multimedia offering of WDR and SWR for school lessons, as well as for the ARD theme week.
  • We lead seminars with a focus on communication (writing, public relations, social media).

Your main tasks:


  • As project manager, you will oversee newspaperinschool projects throughout Germany from preschool to secondary school.
  • You will develop the projects conceptually and consistently digitize them.
  • You will develop concepts for teaching materials together with consulting teachers and in a team with experienced staff members.

What we are looking for:


  • You have at least three years of professional experience.
  • You can write and have experience in editorial work.
  • You can plan and implement projects.
  • You have the right tone in customer contact.
  • You are interested in developing media education projects.
  • You have a university degree or a comparable qualification.
