We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated
Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our internal HR department at our competence center in Lüdenscheid.


Responsibilities:


  • You will use your recruiting experience to attract the best candidates for persona service, exploring new methods and continuously increasing the number of applicants.
  • In collaboration with our managers, you will recruit employees for our competence center.
  • You will independently conduct preselection of candidates using common methods such as CV screenings, phone and video interviews.
  • You will be responsible for documenting the recruiting process and applicant management in our HR software.
  • Together with our colleagues, you will design modern and target grouporiented "state of the art" recruiting campaigns.
  • You will participate in job and career fairs.
  • You will work with our HR project team to improve processes and systems along the employee life cycle.
