We are an innovative and customer-oriented company and are currently seeking a dedicated employee for our customer service and returns management department in Cameron, WV.
Your Responsibilities
>> Order processing and tracking:
You will enter orders, check availability, monitor shipping, and inform customers of the status of their orders.
>> Telephone reception:
You will answer calls, assist customers, forward inquiries, and maintain the customer database.
>> You will handle customer and supplier complaints, create RMA numbers, track shipping, handle damage claims, and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
>> Returns processing:
You will handle returns from customers and suppliers, issue credits, and arrange refunds.
Your Profile
>> You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
>> You have good computer skills, especially in inventory management systems and MS Office (365).
>> You have a technical affinity and an interest in the products we offer.
>> You have experience in office organization and can work independently and in a structured manner.
>> You are resilient and can handle disruptions in the work process.
>> You are fluent in German, both written and spoken, and have good knowledge of French (C1).
