    EBN Industrial Supply, a Bostwick-Braun Company, has been in business since 1989 and serves the tri-state from 7 locations with headquarters in Evansville Indiana. We are a full line distributor of industrial supplies, fasteners, safety supplies, and specialty cutting tools. EBN Industrial Supply joined the Bostwick Braun Industrial group in 2021 and is proud to be an employee-owned company. EBN is looking for someone who wants to be part of our local team and carry on our customer service tradition.     EBN is looking for a new team member to join our Metal Working division and help support the growing needs of our customers. This customer service representative will primarily focus on specialty cutting tools.
    Specific duties may include:
    • Communicating with customers, outside sales, and management.
    • Order entry, quote entry, and purchasing.
    • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
    • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
    • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
    • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
    • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
    • Staying informed about competing products and services.
    • Upselling products and services.
    Specific qualifications include:
    • Business, Sales, or other related field experience
    • Specific industry knowledge, including both familiarity with product lines and the sales process is preferred but not required
    • Valid driver's license
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Superior time-management and organization skills
    • Team Player
