- Provide risk and control advisory support to the business for our financial, IT and operational processes.
- Lead individual internal audit projects, as part of the total internal audit plan.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to our senior auditor.
- Develop internal audit scope, perform internal audit procedures, document processes and controls, and prepare internal audit reports.
- Assist with periodic reporting to the audit committee and development of the annual internal audit plan.
- Champion internal control and corporate governance concepts throughout the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent experience
- 5+ years internal audit or public accounting experience
- 3+ years of experience planning and directing audits
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively present to peers and management
- Ability to work from our North Bergen office. Imperial Dade has 4/1 in office schedule.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (Canada & Puerto Rico) up to 20%
- CPA or CIA certification is desired

This is an exciting opportunity to join a private equity-backed, high-growth organization while gaining exposure to M&A, integration, and projects involving finance transformation. This role will provide you with immediate exposure to Senior Leadership, who will support your role in building and enhancing our processes and controls.
