How you can contribute:
As a student assistant (m/f/d) in facility management, you are an important part of the Logwin team:

  • Support our facility managers in managing a real estate portfolio of approximately 30 locations (logistics and office properties)
  • Support the operational branches in ongoing management of logistics properties (owned and leased)
  • Actively maintain contacts with relevant players in the real estate market, including brokers
  • Prepare and support our facility managers in managing and negotiating commercial lease agreements and other service contracts
  • Prepare and oversee the tender process for energy needs (electricity and gas)
