Your responsibilities:


  • Providing telephone support for inquiries from customers, advisors, and prospects regarding various topics in securities trading
  • Answering product inquiries
  • Providing information on account management
  • Conducting transactions
  • Receiving and processing complaints and grievances
  • Participation in special projects

Your qualifications:


  • Completed banking apprenticeship
  • First professional experience in the banking or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills and strong expression abilities
  • Strong customer and service orientation
