- Ensure customer satisfaction and results and serve as "voice of the customer" for internal and external customers
- Assist to build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Work with Business Analysts and Software Development leaders to define Epics and Features and to set priorities
- Work with Senior Product Manager or Director Product Management to Identify meaningful and industry leading functionality and opportunities
- Define and manage a strategy for product suites
- Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and others to shape requirements, features and end products
- Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Prioritize backlogs, organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule
- Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Comply with all State and Federal Laws regarding an effective Compliance Program inclusive of HIPAA Privacy and Security
- BS or BA in Computer Science٫ Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or other related area.
- 3+ years' experience of working as a Product Manager or other relevant position
- Experience in product lifecycle management and working in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes, requirements, and standards
- Background in software development and program management is preferred
