Description
Schmitt Engineering is a medium-sized company based in Erlangen. With many years of engineering expertise in various industries, we are a partner to the industry. Our activities cover the entire process chain from planning and project management to development and construction, as well as production, assembly, and commissioning.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and servicing tool landscapes for various projects (applications for open points, configuration & requirements management)
  • Addressing different customer requirements and finding solutions for integrating them into the tools
  • Direct coordination of ongoing projects with customers
  • Collaborating with other developers to develop small features or larger packages

Your profile:

  • Completed degree and relevant work experience
  • Project experience is desirable
  • Good communication skills in an international environment
  • Knowledge of C# .NET Framework/.NET Core-based application development
  • Experience in SQL Server database development and maintenance
  • Good knowledge of Ado.Net Entity Framework
  • Good knowledge of web development with Angular
  • Basic knowledge of web development with PHP
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
