Experience & Education:
5-10 years of experience.
BA/BS degree in marketing, business, engineering, product development, or related field is preferred, care more about experience than the degree.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years experience in a Marketing / Sales / Strategy role, e.g. Product Marketing, Product Management, Category Management, Brand Management
Combination of strategic product marketing experience and hands-on tactical execution
Experience with consumer / customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM/ in-market strategy
Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
Experience delivering product launch results with internal and external partners including Production, Brand, Sales and PR

Preferred Qualifications
Experience and/or domain knowledge in VR, video games, gift cards, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms.
Marketing experience in consumer hardware, software products and electronics
Experience and/or domain knowledge in AR, VR, MR, smart home, wearable devices, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms
BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related field

Typical Day in the Role:
Build new digital products that will be sold through our sales channels, currency gift cards, content cards, or subscription cards, all going to be anchored through selling that through retailing partnerships.
Typical day is going to be working with both internal and external stakeholders.
Internal stakeholders, working with functions like accounting, legal, or engineering, helping them to define their requirements, to launching new products or new features within those existing products. Also defining net new processes.
External side, work with a few third-party vendors in helping to manage the product. Making sure that they're serving as a communication hub and getting the right information to the right parties. Make sure everyone's tracking towards some larger agreed upon workback schedule.

The team working on Emerging Products and technologies are on a mission to build the next computing platform centered around people. We continue to push the state-of-the-art with ground breaking research into emerging technologies, software, and hardware that will help bring this vision to life.

We're looking for a product marketing to support the expansion of our VR/MR digital products, such as gift cards, code-to-content, and subscription cards. This role will be pivotal in collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and streamline workflows, ensuring seamless digital product expansion through sales channels. You'll work closely with teams including PM, engineering, tax, accounting, and legal to optimize both commercial and back-end processes for efficient growth.

Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional workflows to scale our Quest digital products via sales channels.
Establish and communicate durable processes to streamline roles and responsibilities, enabling our global expansion.
Collaborate with Product Operations teams (Marcom, Comms, Sales, Data Science, Marketing Insights, Growth) to drive momentum in the VR/MR category.
Lead cross-functional teams in executing digital product launches.
Work with insights to develop consumer-centric strategies and programs.
Collaborate with sales on category analysis, presentation materials, and creative assets for product launches.
