We are looking for a new employee (m/f/d) for our administrative department to support us with all organizational and administrative tasks in our office in Hannover, Germany.
No experience? Career changer?:
During the training period, you will learn everything necessary to perform the job. This means that previous knowledge in back office is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management in organizational and personnel matters
- General administrative support
- Writing letters, emails, notes, and protocols
- Direct and telephone contact with customers regarding organizational issues
- Conducting applicant interviews
- Design and implementation of written communication with customers and partners
- Checking payment transactions
Basic salary for full-time back office manager: 2,700 euros gross per month.
