Your responsibilities:

  • Together with your team, you ensure a wellmaintained branch and a great shopping experience for our customers
  • Whether it's stocking and presenting products, baking, or operating the cash register, you are fully committed and give your all
  • You support the branch manager by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing our branch concepts
  • You also handle tasks such as inventory, cleaning, and organizing the storage area

Your profile:

  • Experience in retail or a similar industry (ideally with first leadership experience, e.g. as a shift leader)
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for inspiring and motivating others
  • Fast and efficient work style
  • Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits:

  • Aboveaverage starting wage of €14.00/hour (even without a completed vocational training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
  • Paid overtime based on precise time tracking
  • Permanent employment contract and 6 weeks of vacation per year
